Romans 10:13-15 ESV
13For “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.”
14How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching? 15And how are they to preach unless they are sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the good news!”

Superficial Faith (John 6:60-71)Pastor Juan P. Barrientez II, April 24, 2016
Part of the FAITH series, preached at a Sunday Morning service
The reality is that we can go through all the motions of what Christian do. We may define our faith based on the activities we do. And all of our doing may be nothing more than superficial faith. A faith that is only on the surface, an external faith, a shallow faith, a faith that is insubstantial or insignificant; is really no faith at all. It is not the appearance of being a Christian that saves us but a true relationship with the savior.
